Kindly note that we are service providers and not in a position to allow for any cancellations of your order once the service has already been rendered or is in the process of being rendered.

Refunds

All proposals and/or contracts that initiate projects are non-refundable. They may be postponed, delayed, and rescheduled without penalty, which provides the client with safety & assurance that the payment won’t be wasted.
